March 2, 2022 — Indictment announced at press conference by local FBI —
The multi-count indictment of Michael Madigan, longtime Illinois House Speaker, also involved ComEd, a local electric utility located in Mount Prospect with offices in Chicago. The U. S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois, Eastern Division also had charges of Madigan as attorney, Democratic Ward Chair of the 13th Ward of the City of Chicago. Also indicted was Michael McClain.
Living in Mount Prospect is Arlene Juracek – a ComEd executive, Village Trustee and Mayor.
